Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and disruptors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
