Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-focused priorities
- Produce trend intelligence reports for C-suite and board-level decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Represent company at global tech summits and foresight conferences
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience working with Fortune 500 innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation strategies implemented
- Fluency in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
