Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable future-proofing of product ecosystems
- Facilitate C-suite strategy sessions on long-term tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Oversee incubation of 2026-focused pilot projects with $5M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
