Responsibilities
- Anticipate global trends in technology, policy, and consumer behavior through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce actionable foresight reports with scenario planning and impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on technological or societal transformation trends
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in ambiguous environments
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
