Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AGI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology) and forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, integrating exponential technologies into core business models
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish thought leadership via whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry advisory panels
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA to accelerate breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years of strategic tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on technological disruption
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE Futures, etc.)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Portfolio showcasing at least three implemented future-tech initiatives
