Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing for strategic implementation
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market disruption forecasting
- Present future-vision blueprints to C-suite executives and external partners

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
