Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Horizon Map, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead quarterly trend-synthesis workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Architect scenario-planning models for 5+ year technological and market evolution
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and evaluate frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Oversee the Future Incubator program mentoring next-gen innovators
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (with verifiable case studies)
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate trend signals
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience building and scaling corporate innovation labs or incubators
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
