Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic drivers
- Design and lead strategic innovation workshops for executive teams, translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Create multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and risk mitigation protocols
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist task force to drive organizational change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
