- Chair cross-functional future-readiness taskforces spanning AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Present strategic futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-proofing organizational capabilities and resilience
- Manage innovation budgets and partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future business models and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional executive communication with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
