Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario analyses for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech implications (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Design strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present future visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend analysis implementations
