Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Develop and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic innovation initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
