Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 5-10 year horizon impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives across engineering, design, and business units
- Present future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, researchers, and innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, blockchain, or biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published future-vision work or thought leadership
