Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends with 2026 impact through quantitative modeling and scenario planning
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof product roadmaps
- Produce actionable strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on disruptive innovations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting technology adoption
- Design resilience strategies for quantum-secure communications infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization and scenario modeling expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
