- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into product development pipelines and investment priorities
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, books)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
