Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least three disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Fluency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience leading global remote innovation teams
