Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, and bioengineering domains
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept products
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech trends and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity
