- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable plans for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze global innovation ecosystems, including AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable frameworks
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
