Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate future-state workshops with global clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Quantify innovation ROI through predictive analytics and market simulation modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and emerging tech assessment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or Strategic Foresight (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or disruption analysis
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology adoption curves and regulatory landscapes
