As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to anticipate paradigm shifts across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation. You'll shape our 2026+ strategic initiatives while building frameworks for sustainable innovation ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030) using proprietary trend analysis methodologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for trend validation
- Author executive briefings and trend reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology or societal trends
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
