Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype breakthrough solutions for global challenges
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation bodies
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D with proven 10+ year horizon-planning impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leader in futurism with peer-reviewed research or industry white papers
- Executive experience scaling innovation programs to $50M+ budgets
