Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026+ innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, bio-digital convergence) for competitive advantage
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure $50M+ innovation funding
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Future Today Institute)
- Drive ESG-compliant innovation frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with 5+ years in futurism
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Published author in futurism or technology thought leadership (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation Management
