Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, climate AI, decentralized systems)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for future-tech acceleration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and disruptors
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and international stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies through change management programs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology implications and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED/Nexus/World Economic Forum preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF) or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
