We're seeking a pioneering 2026 Futurist & Innovation Strategist to decode emerging trends and architect next-generation solutions for Fortune 500 clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology foresight, human behavior analysis, and sustainable innovation.
As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll leverage predictive modeling, scenario planning, and cross-industry collaboration to identify breakthrough opportunities. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to develop strategic roadmaps that position organizations at the forefront of the 2026 digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios using AI-driven trend analysis and quantitative forecasting
- Design innovation frameworks for clients to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce executive-grade strategic reports translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Lead proprietary research initiatives on human-AI symbiosis and sustainable development models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology-driven transformation
