Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with VC firms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work evolution
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Thinking, or Futuristics
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futuristic concepts implemented at scale
