Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce strategic foresight reports quantifying future industry disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking adoption of emerging technologies
- Maintain dynamic ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
