- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year market projections
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published work in futurist or innovation publications preferred
