Responsibilities

- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and C-suite stakeholders
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Secure and manage $50M+ innovation partnerships with Silicon Valley and global tech leaders
- Present future scenarios to board members and Fortune 500 executive clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025-2030 technology adoption curves
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
