- Drive organizational adoption of innovation methodologies through training programs and change management initiatives
- Analyze global tech policy implications and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 innovation ecosystems

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, Web3, or biotech with ability to evaluate feasibility of breakthrough concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., ICF, CPSI) or futurist studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
