Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and market trends through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for global audiences
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for breakthrough projects
- Represent the company at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic)
- Exceptional communication with C-level stakeholders and investors
