Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Scans identifying emerging trends and disruptors
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing strategies
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Create strategic roadmaps for client adoption of 2026-era technologies (neural interfaces, autonomous ecosystems)
- Present foresight insights at global tech summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies for long-term projects
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption preparedness and innovation culture
- Published author in technology foresight or peer-reviewed research in relevant fields
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning frameworks)
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
