Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning for climate resilience and circular economy implementation
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating Web3, AR/VR, and neuromorphic computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and similar think tanks
- Present future impact analyses to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor internal 'Future Catalysts' program for emerging talent development
- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' trend report for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with Python/R for trend analysis
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation or Futures Design preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed initiatives
