- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on quantum AI integration and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Translate emerging trends into patentable intellectual property
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee the 'Horizon 2026' innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology R&D with proven 2020+ innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Security clearance preferred for classified innovation projects
