Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological ecosystems across AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global innovation landscapes
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for 2026 research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in long-term strategic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable systems design
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing policy discussions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
