Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic futures to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Establish industry-wide standards through thought leadership at Davos and SXSW
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellows program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 3+ years in futures forecasting
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and ethical AI governance
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
