- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into long-term corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic factors impacting future innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainability trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
