Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Design future-proof business models and market disruption strategies
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with future-focused research institutions
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in long-term thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Futurology, Systems Thinking, etc.)
