Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing product ecosystems

- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and validation
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their industry implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
