Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neuro-Engineering + 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI symbiosis
- Proven track record scaling quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with ISO 14064 carbon-neutral tech deployment
- Patents in neural-interface or quantum data transmission
