Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions for climate modeling and resource optimization
- Establish industry-first protocols for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Forge partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global climate initiatives to pilot next-gen technologies
- Present foresight frameworks to Fortune 500 boards and UN technology councils
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget for sustainable tech incubation programs
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship Initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading technology innovation in climate tech, quantum computing, or AI ethics
- Published research in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE) for emerging tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 framework
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
