Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate tech, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex future scenarios into investor-ready business cases and product roadmaps
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through enterprise-wide change management initiatives
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership within tech/healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading global cross-disciplinary R&D teams
- Published research or thought leadership in future technologies (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Technology Roadmapping)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
