Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship, hackathons, and R&D initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, R&D leadership, or futurist strategy roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in building and scaling high-impact innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
