Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Champion human-centered design in futuristic product development cycles
- Build and mentor interdisciplinary teams of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: AGI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
