Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)

- Design and validate futuristic prototypes using rapid iteration methodologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Present future-state frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AI ethics)
- Strong systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
