- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of 2026 technological landscapes
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-proofing methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in future studies (e.g., IEEE Foresight, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and systems thinking methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $100M+ in innovation funding or commercialization
