As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and sustainable tech ecosystems while driving commercialization of futuristic concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate strategy
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-integration, sustainable systems)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for acquisition or collaboration
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable technology frameworks across all projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth models
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of successfully launched futuristic products or initiatives
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and global ecosystems
