- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futuristic product launches
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
