Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints merging AI, biotech, and space exploration domains
- Architect ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders and policy influencers
- Curate global think tank summits convening Nobel laureates and startup founders
- Translate complex futures scenarios into product roadmaps and investment theses
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Horizon Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology innovation
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses (e.g., WEF reports, MIT Tech Review)
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-vision projects
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gartner Hype Cycle)
