Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders for resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Quantify long-term ROI of speculative technologies through scenario planning and market modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Innovation, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist frameworks or implemented 2030+ vision projects
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG integration
- Experience scaling innovation teams across international markets
