Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive and accessibility-first solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in ethical tech development and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
