Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive forces affecting industry landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation ecosystems
- Present futuristic frameworks to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities across all business units
- Mentor innovation teams on exponential technologies and human-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
